Yoga Therapy Weekend with Dani Hébert at EPIC Yoga
Join us for a nourishing two-day immersion into the therapeutic foundations of yoga, grounded in the classical lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, T.K.V. Desikachar, and the teachings of Ramaswami and Mohan. This weekend explores yoga as a complete system of inner health—supporting physical wellbeing, mental clarity, emotional regulation, and holistic balance.
Across both sessions, you’ll experience gentle classical vinyasas, restorative postures, accessible breathing practices (prāāyāma), and practical guidance on how to adapt yoga to your individual needs. You’ll also learn the reasoning and philosophy behind the practices, empowering you with tools you can take into your daily life.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Props and modifications will be offered throughout.
Saturday Workshop — 10 Key Poses for Mental & Physical Health (3 hours)
This practical, hands-on workshop breaks down ten essential postures for mental clarity, emotional balance, mobility, strength, and overall physical health. Together we will explore:
- How to safely enter, adapt, and exit each posture
- Structural and energetic benefits of each pose
- Therapeutic variations using props
- How to choose the right version of a pose for your unique needs
- How intention, breath, and mindful sequencing transform the practice into a therapeutic tool
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to personalize your yoga to support both physical resilience and mental wellbeing—no matter your level of experience.
