Have you been dreaming of a career shift? Consider entering a hands-on career in skilled trades!

YWCA Toronto is offering FREE training programs for women and gender diverse people in the Greater Toronto Area who are interested in taking the next step towards a rewarding trades career in the construction, industrial or motive power sectors.

We host weekly information sessions for those who are interested in developing careers in the skilled trades through our government-funded programs. You will recieve a Zoom link 24 hours prior to the information session.

Our Eligibility Criteria Are...

  • Individuals must identify as a woman or gender diverse person
  • Be a Canadian citizen, or a Permanent Resident, or a Protected Person/ Convention Refugee
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Reside in Ontario
  • Completed grade 10 or higher
