Hosted by Mary Clements | Soul-Centered Psychotherapist, Sound & Energy Healer | Held on the 2nd Sunday monthly in a private home studio in Courtenay.

Settle into a warm, cozy sanctuary designed for deep rest and nervous system unwinding.

Each participant receives their own zero-gravity chair, complete with blankets, an eye mask, and everything needed to fully relax – no need to bring anything.

You’ll be guided into stillness with the soothing tones of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, soft drumming, channeled singing, and native flute – no talking, just receiving.

As you rest, Mary moves gently through the space offering brief, optional 1:1 energy healing. Each person receives individualized attention - light hands-on touch (if desired), tuning forks offered at your body, sound played for you, and personal clearing with sacred smokes and essential oils to support grounding and energetic alignment.

Following the immersive sound journey, we’ll move softly into a peaceful integration space with time for journaling, art, oracle cards, tea, and light snacks before gently closing the circle together.
