Whoever signs up will get 3 FREE personal training sessions from yours truly (Anthony)!! :)

Make sure to wear clean indoor gym shoes, wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, bring a spare change of clothes, a towel, a water bottle, and yourself ready to move and get started!!! :D
