PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER

By participating in any Zulu Challenge race, Adults/K9/Kids, at any location, UPON REGISTRATION, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participation. These events involve strenuous physical activity, challenging obstacles, varied terrain and in the case of K9 races, interaction with animals. Risks may include but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, environmental conditions, animal related incidents, illness, serious injury or even death. Zulu Challenge, it's owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors & affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage that may occur before, during or after participation of event. By participating, you understand and accept that you do so entirely at your own risk. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children. Participation constitutes acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
