Zumba Fitness with Fernanda

About the event:
Join us for our new 2026 program, a morning of Zumba Fitness with Fernanda!
Fernanda’s Zumba routine consists of 25 minutes of low/moderate cardio, 25 minutes sitting down of muscle toning, using weights, resistance bands, and/or fitness balls, and 10 minutes of stretching and cool down. It’s a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance!
This class is beginner-friendly and for all ages. Come as you are, and bring a water bottle!
About Our Facilitator, Fernanda
For over 11 years, Fernanda has been a licensed Zumba® instructor and beloved member of the community. She brings unmatched energy, charisma, and positivity to every class. Her sessions are a vibrant mix of global rhythms — Salsa, Bollywood, Cumbia, Bachata — and are designed to help participants let loose, feel the beat, and have a blast. Beyond the studio, she has volunteered with the YMCA, organized fundraisers, and brought her signature style to parties and corporate events.
For Fernanda, the best part of Zumba® is simple: seeing smiles, hearing laughter, and watching everyone dance with joy.
