Helen Cole, The Jean Collective

The Jean Collective organizes affordable, community-based leadership events across Southwestern Ontario, including women’s conferences, campaign schools, and civic engagement activities. We believe every woman has the potential to lead — at work, in politics, and in community life. Our events create space for learning, networking, and confidence-building so women leave feeling equipped, supported, and inspired to take the next step in their leadership journey. Our aim is to remove any barriers to attendance, therefore we keep the fee below cost so that all women and gender diverse individuals can attend. As a volunteer led social enterprise, we operate not for profit, but with a purpose - to empower and inspire women.
