Welcome to Brave Balance Yoga, where Sandra, a dedicated certified instructor in Breath-based Hatha Yoga (200Hrs TTC) and Yin Yoga (80Hrs TTC), invites you to embark on a transformative journey towards inner harmony and well-being. Guided by the mantra of "Find Balance - Embrace Stillness," Sandra's mission is to create a sanctuary where individuals can discover balance and peace within themselves.
With a deep-rooted passion for the practice and a commitment to ongoing learning, Sandra brings together the ancient traditions of breath-based Hatha Yoga and the meditative depths of Yin Yoga. As a certified Yin Yoga instructor, she understands the profound impact that mindfulness and gentle, sustained postures can have on the body, mind, and spirit.
In addition to Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, Sandra also loves practicing meditation and breath-work (Pranayama). She has recently enrolled onto a 80Hrs Advanced Hatha & Pranayama TTC and will also look to complete a certification in Mediation soon after.
At Brave Balance Yoga, Sandra offers a holistic approach to yoga, emphasising essential postures, mindful breathing techniques, and the importance of self-compassion. Her classes provide a supportive and uplifting environment where students of all levels are encouraged to listen to their bodies, release expectations, and practice with intention.
