Jonathan Benya

Growing up in Maryland, Jonathan had the benefit of learning the industry from his mother, a 20 year veteran of real estate. Jonathan, himself, has been a leader in the real estate industry since 2007. He founded the SoMD Expert team in 2010 to change the way real estate is bought and sold by providing a unique concierge style service to his clients. Then he went on to create The Benya Group in 2015 which compounded the client-centric focus with client education.

In addition to focusing on providing excellence to his clients, Jonathan spends his down time with his family and 2 rescue puppies, restoring antique sports cars, and supporting local animal rescue organizations.
