How do we experience meaning and the good life? We will look at wellness practices that have to do with movement , profound states of mind, and a deeper connection to life.
Julie's interest in wellness has been a life long journey. She has a Master of Science with a background in Information Science, Psychology, Philosophy and Cognitive Science. She provides training in the mind-body technique called Insight Walking. She also has a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
