ClinGRO Solutions is a women-owned and disability-owned consulting firm helping clinical research sites grow through expert financial management, CTMS optimization, and strategic support.

We are co-founders of CollabTrials, a site network dedicated to expanding access to trials for underserved populations, research-naïve communities, and independent research sites. We believe every community deserves the opportunity to participate in—and benefit from—clinical research.

We also lead the Clinical Research Justice League, a nonprofit initiative that fosters equity, mentorship, and volunteerism in the research space. Through this network, we provide vetted volunteers, mentor future professionals, and support mission-driven site growth.

Our events raise awareness around mental health, chronic pain, and women’s health conditions, while building connections and visibility for communities often left behind in traditional research models.
