Vinyasa In The Valley

Hello Community! Thank you for particpating in this year's end of summer community celebration. It has been brought together by our three local yoga mavens Arlene, Charleen, and Jenese owners of Sol Full Yoga, Happy Buddha Yoga and Yoga Lotus Loft.There will be hands on assists by one of our local yoga instructors Marina Caceres. We invite you to come take a one-hour yoga class in the heart of the Hudson Valley at Palaia Winery from 11:30am-12:30pm on Sunday August 14th. This event is FREE and will be limited to 50 people by ticket entry only.
