Let’s discover it through the 1 hr 1 hour Expressive Arts Therapy Trial series! It is a REGULAR event held by Tranquil Harmony Artistry; event will be held as follow:
Week 1. Music + Movement
Week 2. Visual Arts + Poetry
Week 3. Visual Arts + Movement
Week 4. Music + Poetry
Join us for soothing sessions that nurture your soul, spark creativity, and bring inner peace.
Session will be delivered by English; No previous knowledge of art is required.
Who: Adults who want to seeking self-expression or self-awareness through art.
Where: ONLINE - Must have access to Google Meet
When: Every Wednesday night at 830pm to 930pm (UTC/GMT -4)
- If there are five Wednesday in the month, that week will not have any event. So no matter what, the first week in the month will be week 1.
Bring:
Week 1. Music + Movement: Any percussion instrument or other instrument that you can access will be great!
Week 2. Visual Arts + Poetry: A few A4 size skatch paper, a set of colour pencil and a few pencil
Week 3. Visual Arts + Movement: A few A4 size skatch paper, a set of colour pencil and a few pencil
Week 4. Music + Poetry: Any percussion instrument or other instrument that you can access, and also a few pieces of paper
Reminder:
- Workshops are limited to 7 people.
- This online event is exclusively available in an international base. Please clearly check the time zone to make sure that you are able to attend the event.
- Please CHECK your mail box before a week from the event held, to gain details and the meeting link. REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL BOX AS WELL.
- Please OPEN both of your mic and camera in the event, to make sure the interaction goes well.
