Welcome to the Central Ontario CMP Annual Meeting Registration Page for 2016
This year's meeting will be held at the Natura Event Space, part of Verdiccio Ristorante located at 1351 Kelly Lake Road, Sudbury, Ontario. The conference will take place on Wednesday, November 9 and Thursday November 10, 2016.
Our program for Wednesday November 9 will be different from previous years. In lieu of a tour, this year we will begin at 1:00 PM and will provide two "mini short course" sessions each consisting of three concurrent short courses. The first three short courses will run concurrently from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a short refreshment break and then the second three courses will run concurrently from 3:20 PM through 5:20 PM. These short courses will be offered free of charge to paid attendees of the conference. Details on the short courses are included on the registration payment page (click on the inflormation link under each course).
The conference will reconvene on Thursday, November 10th at 8:00 AM for a full day of technical presentations and will include lunch, cocktails following the days presentations and dinner. Information will be updated here as the details are finalized, and notification will be sent out for important items (registration opening, final programs, etc.)

This year we will be processing all registration via this Eventbrite page, including sponsorship. If you have a specific payment need that does not allow you to register via this page please contact us directly. When registering please note that you can also register for the short courses. Please choose one course from Session 1 and one course from Session 2 if you will participate in the short course program. There is no additional charge for short course registration beyond the conference registration fee however spaces are limited so register soon! Price for the conference is $100 if you register before Oct 31, after that date the ticket price is $150 and ticket sales run until Nov 3 at midnight. Unfortunately, this year we cannot accept registration at the door or registrations after November 3 due to catering requirements.

Short courses will be technical in nature and designed to provide value to people in the mineral processing operations field. Details on the short course content is available on the ticket purchase page. These courses are open to anyone registering for the conference. Please indicate your interest in participating in the short course program when you register.

This year our technical program includes operations, supplier and student technical presentations. To achieve this, we will be starting earlier in the day and including lunch and extended cocktail hour, providing valuable networking opportunities.

Our conference would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors from the industry. Our sponsorship structure has changed slightly this year. There are five levels of sponsorship:
- Platinum ($1500)
- Gold ($1000)
- Silver ($500)
- Bronze ($250)
- Student ($100 sponsors the attendance of a student)

A block of rooms have been set aside at the Hampton Inn, 2280 Regent Street, Sudbury, Ontario at a special group rate of $134.00 per night. Please book early as there are a limited number of rooms.
