Welcome to the 2024 Kane Valley - Harmon Lake Camp and Ride Weekend! Get ready for a fun-filled weekend of camping and riding in the beautiful surroundings of Harmon Lake. Join us starting on Fri Jul 26 2024 at 10:00 AM for an exciting adventure with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a beginner, there's something for everyone at this event. Don't miss out on this opportunity to explore the stunning Kane Valley trails and create lasting memories with friends and family.
This Event will be held at the Kane Valley Rec Site Over Flow Site. This is just East of the Rec Site. Should the overflow site be full, you will be directed to the Harmon lake Rec Site for additional camping.
Riding trails are right out of the Rec site and Guided Rides will be arranged to explore the area. Side by sides and ATV's welcomed.

Camping at Rec site and Overflow is 15.00 per night paid to camp host. We will have the Group Site that is just about 500 meters before the rec Site. See photos. Group site is for registered attendees on a first come first serve basis.
Registiration for the event will have a cover charge of 12.00 per person, and includes a dinner provided on Saturday July 27th. Paid when purchasing your ticket.
Main Course will be burgers and all the fixings along with a side dish. Bring your own plates ,cutlery napkins and cups for dinner.
Registration will end on Sunday July 21st at 11:30pm or be limited to 50 adults which ever come first.

When driving to the rec site from the west coast or west of Merritt, it is best to go past Merritt as shown above and take 97c towards Kelowna and make a left at the Kane Valley Road. This will reduce the amount of Gravel road you will have to take to get to the Rec Site.
Riding your OHV down the Kane Valley road is not permitted. You Must follow the trail as shown above. Look for signage and flagging of the trail route when leaving the Overflow to the Rec site and vice versa. ATV Crossing signs will be placed at each of the two crossings as shown above. Always ensure traffic is clear and it is safe to cross. Always obey the volunteers who will be at the intersections in high visibility vests and holding stop signs.
Frequently asked questions
Registered paid attendees can attend the dinner night included in your cover fee.
There is no hook ups at the rec site this is a dry camping event. Bring enough water for your stay.
Generators are permitted during the hours of from 8:15 am to 9 pm only. Please respect the enjoyments of others and DO NOT run or leave your generator running all day when you are riding. Should you need to run your generator for long periods of time please let us know when arriving.
There are out houses at the overflow and rec site with no running water.
Yes! Please ensure you have the proper licenses to fish at the lakes in the area. Refer to the Rec site link above for more info.
Yes if you stay at the rec site. Overflow site will be open and available from Friday July 26th to Tuesday July 29th.
Children 12 or younger are free to attend.
