The Raymond Stampede is Canada’s first and oldest rodeo!

122 years of history can't be tamed and this year is no exception!

Join us for an action packed Canada Day Long Weekend as we bring you the Worlds TOP RODEO ATHLETES as they compete for $45,000 in prize money and to win one of the coveted Raymond Stampede Championship Buckles!

Our rodeo will feature four legged Superstars from local stock Contractor Duane Kesler Championship Rodeo!

Fans can enjoy Rodeo Events including: Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Ladies Breakaway Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie Down Roping, Ladies Barrel Racing, Novice Saddle Bronc & Bareback Riding, Junior Steer Riding & Bull Riding.

In addition to the Pro Rodeo action, fans can look forward to Professional Trick Riding, Wild Pony racing featuring your favorite local kids. We have a petting zoo & lil buckaroo playground too for the kids to try their hand at being a cowboy for the day!

2024 marks the first year in our new location, a critical time as we aim to uphold the tradition of this event and fundraise to develop a new site with a grandstand inspired by its historic predecessor.

On July 1 particularly the whole town as well as many folks from surrounding areas go to our Massive Parade in the morning, then lunch with family and off to the rodeo. This makes for LINES. The town more than doubles in population on this weekend and it's so much fun!!
