Per MCO 1320.11H & MCO 1754.10B, attendance is mandatory for all ranks 90 days before Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move to ensure Service Members receive the latest updates from subject matter experts.
Orders are not required, and family members are highly encouraged to attend.
Smooth Move Workshop is intended for Service Members and families who have outbound orders from Okinawa or are End Of Active Service (EAS)/Retirement.
