Pregnant? Recently gave birth? Join us for this one-hour workshop to learn how to identify signs of postpartum anxiety and baby blues and get the support you might need to feel better.

Together, we will:

  • Learn the different kinds of stressors and anxieties that come with pregnancy, birth and life with a newborn.
  • Discuss how to help yourself or a loved one if you are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety.
  • Build a community with others.

Healthy Start Brooklyn: Providing a variety of support programs and classes for expectant and new parents who live in central and eastern Brooklyn. You can get education and support about pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, breastfeeding, fatherhood, Family Foundations, and healthy living.
