Inclusive problem-solving skills help us find innovative solutions while emphasizing the need for equity and avoiding bias. This workshop will help you gain a deeper understanding of the role of equity and justice in problem solving and develop a new lens to recognize exclusionary practices.

In this session, we will:

· Explore how solving problems can unintentionally entrench bias

· Develop a toolkit for approaching problems in a way that centres equity and justice

· Acquire a new lens for examining processes and solutions to recognize exclusionary practices

This is the fourth of four workshops of the Foundations of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion series.
