A safe and social on-line setting where individuals who are grieving loss, can come together, share, and find support with others.
The death of a loved one is often one of the most stressful experiences in life. Grief affects everyone in their own way. For some people, connecting with others and sharing their stories helps them process their loss.
Taking part in a support group cannot change what has happened, but we can help you to find new ways to manage your loss. You will find others, like yourself, who have experienced a painful loss.
