The Graduation Banquet is a formal event for Aden Bowman graduates, their family members and/or friends, as well as Aden Bowman administrators, teachers and staff. The banquet includes a grand march, dinner buffet, program and dance, followed by an after grad celebration just for graduates and a guest. If unable to attend the entire banquet, graduates and a guest can choose to purchase tickets for the after grad celebration only.


Aden Bowman Graduation Banquet Guidelines


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your tickets for the entire Graduation Banquet or the After Grad Only. By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the guidelines set forth below and commit to respecting the school, the event, and your fellow attendees. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event.


1. Entry and Re-Entry: Once you enter the event, you will be checked in, and re-entry after leaving the event will not be permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure that you have all your belongings with you when you arrive and before you leave the event.


2. Transportation: All attendees must arrange for their own transportation home after the event. The school or event organizers will not provide transportation.


3. Alcohol and Drugs: The event is strictly alcohol, drug and vape-free. None of these substances are allowed at the venue.


4. Respect for Venue: Attendees are expected to treat the venue and its surrounding property with respect. Any damage to the venue or property will be the responsibility of the individual causing the damage.


5. Chaperone Discretion: Chaperones will use their discretion in deciding whether an attendee's behavior is suitable for the event. Any decision made by a chaperone is final.


6. Respect for Chaperones: All attendees must show respect and cooperate with the chaperones at the event. Disrespectful conduct towards any chaperone will not be tolerated.


7. Zero Tolerance for Disrespect: There is a zero-tolerance policy for rude, disrespectful conduct towards any other participant or chaperone at the event. Such behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.


8. Emergency Contact Information: Attendees must provide emergency contact information when purchasing tickets. This information will be used in case of any unforeseen emergencies during the event.


9. Photography and Consent: Attendees acknowledge that photography or video recording may occur at the event and consent to appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.


10. Lost or Stolen Items: Attendees understand that the school or event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.


11. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct or behavior policy, and any violations may result in appropriate action.


12. Consequences of Violations: Violations of the event guidelines may lead to consequences such as removal from the event, notification to parents or guardians, or potential legal action if necessary.


13. Parental/Guardian Consent: If the attendees are minors, parents or guardians have read and agreed to the terms on behalf of the minor attendee.


By purchasing tickets to the Graduation Banquet or the After Grad Only, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and guidelines.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to purchase a Graduation Banquet ticket AND an After Grad Only ticket?

No! Graduation Banquet tickets purchased for each graduate and a guest of their choice include the After Grad Celebration part of the evening. Graduates only have to purchase After Grad Only tickets for themselves and one guest if they are just attending the After Grad.

Does the ticket limit of 4 per graduate include the graduate?

Yes! Until May 22nd, each graduate can only purchase 4 tickets in total. On this date, we will release the remaining tickets for additional purchases.

Does my graduate need to purchase a ticket?

Yes! Graduates need to purchase a ticket as well, for the entire Graduation Banquet or for the After Grad only.

Do I have to print my Eventbrite tickets?

No! If you already have or get the Eventbrite app that there is a link to in your confirmation email and create an account, you can access your tickets in the app and we can scan them when you arrive for the event.
