Ai Learning Group at KWENCH is back with this month's new host Rishi Behari who will focus on the fundamentals of understanding AI and its myriad intersections with the world of Business.
Here is a little bit about Rishi:Rishi Behari is a professional coach, consultant, speaker, and educator. Rishi’s eclectic mix of experiences across industries includes education and work in partnership with some of the most well-known and recognizable brands in the world. Innovating and pushing boundaries over his career, Rishi helped to establish the world’s first premier business program with a focus on AI. Rishi served as the Associate Director of the Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI) program at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, leading it from its inaugural year, into an established professional program, as part of a world-class, award-winning analytics ecosystem. Rishi also sat on the advisory board for InQUbate, Canada’s first student-run AI incubator. Rishi continues to appear across various media, including television, keynotes, panels, and podcasts, as an expert on topics including the future of work, and the intersection of emerging technologies with business, ethics, and sustainability, in a modern context. Rishi currently teaches a new elective on Applied AI for Business, which he developed for the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, where he also serves as the Associate Director of Co-op & Career Services for the various graduate and undergraduate business programs. Rishi’s academic credentials include BAs in Psychology and Sociology, and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, as well as Executive Certificates in Leadership, Coaching for High Performance, and the Neuroscience of Leadership. Also the founder of Flowstate Coaching & Consulting and Co-Founder of Life By Design Lab, Rishi continues to work with clients around the world, addressing the need for continuous education and innovation in a disruptive world. Rishi moved to the island in 2023 because of family roots, and a love of surfing.
