About this event

In 2022, the OSC launched Ambition 2035 – a discussion paper around the 5X growth, $220 billion vision we share for Canada’s sustainable ocean economy. In the spring of 2023, we hosted the first-ever Ambition 2035 event in Ottawa, attracting leaders from across the country. This helped shape next steps, collaborative opportunities, and set the stage for a series of roundtables and committees that have since been underway on the path to achieving Canada’s full potential in ocean.

The OSC has continued to build momentum behind this ambition. We regularly convene our network to report on activity, share insights, and build the path to transformational growth of our ocean sector. This spring, we’re hosting two hybrid events to continue working toward Ambition 2035.

Don't miss an opportunity to:

  • Hear from sector leaders about our strategic priorities for the ocean economy and how you can get involved in key activities.
  • Learn from topic experts on the ocean economy about enabling communities, blue bioeconomy, cyber, talent, and more!
  • Engage in action planning to advance the realization of Ambition 2035 and co-create solutions.
  • Make connections with like-minded peers in Canada’s ocean network through networking activities.

    ---
