MNBC is excited to providing this training to acknowledge early learning and child care professionals andthe important work that they do as they nurture, guide, and foster a sense of belonging and self-identity.The morning will consist of MNBC staff presenting two hours of the "Aansaamb aen kiskayhtaamaahk -Learning Together" workshop series. This session will cover a brief foundational overview of who the Métisare and why it is important to include Métis content and pedagogy in early childhood environments.
Madelaine McCallum’s “As I am Is Enough,“ keynote presentation, encourages participants to look withinthemselves and to recognize that regardless of their journey, they are here and they are enough.Early learning and child care professionals will come away from this engaging day feeling a renewed senseof energy and skills to bring back to their programs.
