Featured Speaker

Hon. Josephine Pon, MSc., ECA.

Elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in April 2019 to serve as Alberta's Minister of Seniors and Housing, Josephine is celebrated for her extensive background in banking and her passionate involvement in community service, including:

  • Previous Regional Manager (Business Development for Multicultural Banking, Scotiabank)
  • Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) as an International Trade Consultant
  • Proactive volunteer with non-profits in Calgary and Edmonton
  • Master of Science in Management from the University of Liverpool

Josephine will address the compelling theme "Unlocking the Potential of Diversity: How Immigration Strengthens Our Country and Fulfills the Canadian Dream."
