The Research Interest Group of the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick (CFMNB) is very proud to present its second Research Conference for students from all 4 medical schools in the Atlantic provinces. This student initiative was developed in collaboration with the Department of Research of the CFMNB in order to fill a lack of opportunities available to medical students studying in Atlantic Canada to present their research projects and connect with their peers. The 2024 Atlantic Medical Student Research Conference (AMSRC) will be held on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, at the J.-Raymond-Frenette Building, located on the campus of the Université de Moncton in Moncton, New Brunswick, with a virtual option available for those who are not able to attend in person. The event will include sessions of oral and poster presentations by students, workshops, as well as talks by 2 keynote speakers. Students from Dalhousie Medicine Nova Scotia, Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick, Memorial University of Newfoundland and the CFMNB are all welcome to register and attend the conference in person or virtually.

Le Groupe d'intérêt en recherche du Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick est très fier de vous présenter sa deuxième conférence en recherche destinée aux personnes étudiantes des 4 écoles de médecine des provinces de l'Atlantique. Cette initiative étudiante fut développée en collaboration avec le Département de recherche du CFMNB afin de combler un manque relatif d'opportunités disponibles pour les étudiants en médecine du Canada Atlantique de présenter leurs projets et résultats de recherche. La deuxième édition de la Conférence Atlantique de recherche médicale étudiante, ou CARME, se déroulera le samedi 18 mai 2024 au Pavillon J.-Raymond-Frenette, localisé sur le campus de l'Université de Moncton à Moncton, au Nouveau-Brunswick, avec une option de participation en mode virtuel pour les personnes qui ne pourront pas se déplacer. Cet événement comportera des sessions de présentations orales et d'affiches par des étudiants, des ateliers et des discours par 2 conférenciers invités. Les étudiants des facultés de médecine de l'Université Dalhousie en Nouvelle-Écosse et au Nouveau-Brunswick, de l'Université Memorial de Terre-Neuve et du CFMNB sont tous les bienvenus à s'inscrire et assister à la conférence en personne ou virtuellement.
