What: Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Where: Green Bay Beach, across from MacLeod's Canteen

When: Sundays at 9am-10am, June to September, weather-pending

What to bring: water bottle, sunscreen, towel, yoga mat, and any props you may wish to use (strap, blocks, bolster)
