Parkour is all of that, I firmly believe as a teacher I can only teach basic foundational movements, which all becomes part of your toolset to play with! After 2-4 months of training I guarantee that you can feel ready to practice on your own and take it to new levels!
I'll be hosting these beginner parkour classes every saturday from 10-11 AM! Pricing will be sliding scale to keep it accesible for all. We will cover basic jumping and landing techniques, vaults, some progressions towards harder tricks like flips and more surprises! Bring a snack and water, as well you may want to bring a mat to stretch on afterwards if you don't like to get a little dirty!
