The Boards of Directors of CHBA – Edmonton Region and UDI – Edmonton Metro have voted to propose an amalgamation of the two associations into one larger, more impactful entity – BILD Edmonton Metro.
On May 1, 2024, members are invited to vote on the recommended amalgamation.
Only members in good standing will be eligible to vote. Please contact your respective association to ensure that your fees have been paid and to identify who will be attending and voting on your company’s behalf. Each member is entitled to one vote. Voting information and links will be sent to eligible voters.
All members are entitled to attend this special meeting in-person or online.
