About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

The centre of Pelee Island was a large marsh before it was drained in the late 1800s. NCC is restoring wetland habitat on some of their conservation lands; this is the largest and most recent wetland habitat restoration. The birds and other creatures of wetland s have found and re-occupied these restored habitats. Come and see the success of this large project!
