What are you making for dinner?

This can be a questions many parents come to dread. It can be a challenge to find healthy ideas or recipes to feed your child. Are you wondering what foods your child needs for growth? Are you wondering how to develop a healthy feeding relationship with your child?

Then join us for our new workshop series “Bits & Bites with Anne, Registered Dietitian.” Each date will have a new topic and information and will include opportunities for you to ask questions.

You may join us for one, or all, or anything in between.
