Get ready for an amazing afternoon immersed in nature and full of healing!

Shannon (Solstice Reiki) and Aleah (Release Breathwork) will be your guides for this beautiful grounding workshop. We will be focused on cultivating deep connections with Mother Earth and re-learning how to embody sacred feminine energy.

The workshop will begin with an opening Circle and Meditation, followed by Transformational Breathwork, Flower Weaving and time for Community Connection.

Refreshments and Light Snacks will be served.
