Join myself Liz Fay from Fay’s Empathic & Divine Healing and Alex Tabler (she/her) from Breathe New Brunswick for a beautifully collaborated Breath and Sound Journey.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a specific practice that involves a vibrant breath to move beyond the busyness of the mind and into a place of presence. It is a powerful technique that allows individuals to tap into their emotional body and release any built-up emotional charge that may be stored in their nervous system. This can lead to a deep sense of healing or release, increased awareness, personal insight, and a more profound connection with one’s deepest self.

Sound baths involve the use of various instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, or other sound tools to create an environment of healing sound vibrations. These sounds have a harmonizing effect on the body and mind, helping to reduce stress, improve focus, and induce deep meditative states.

These two practices work synergistically to allow for a more transformative and rejuvenating experience that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be particularly beneficial for those looking to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and cultivate a sense of inner harmony.

Please note: Breathwork is a powerful practice and not recommended in a group setting if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, glaucoma, epilepsy, or are undergoing treatment for significant physical or mental concerns. If you have any questions, please reach out.When:

*Session is approximately 2.5 hours.

What you'll need to bring:
-Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring a mat, a pillow, and one or two blankets - so you are cozy on the floor.
-Have a water bottle for hydration after the session
-If you enjoy journaling, bring a journal with youFor your comfort, we recommend keeping meals light at least an hour before the session. Arriving early 10 min early allows you to set up your spot and complete a waiver form.
