All fitness levels welcome! This is simply a fun, sing your heart out to the best broadway tunes, in the dark, on a bike going nowhere! Led by Wheelhouse Cycle Clubs amazing motivator Kristy Carson.

Can I bring my child?

The bikes are meant for 4 foot 11 and up. We suggest 13 years and over as well

What if I have never done a spin class before

That is ok! Sit and move your legs and sing! Take a break when needed. All levels are welcome and Wheelhouse will ensure you are well taken care of before during and after the ride.

What do I bring?

Wear your workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Spin shoes and a towel are provided.

I can't make the class but want to donate

Absolutely! While we will miss you, monetary donations only can be send to info@crankedenergy.com and will be added to the final donation
