Inclusivity is not simply a buzzword — it is a fundamental element for nurturing a positive work environment where every individual feels valued and empowered.

In this workshop, you will:

· Understand the significance of inclusiveness and learn strategies to promote it in a professional environment

· Increase awareness regarding the effects of unconscious bias and microaggressions

· Acquire understanding of the distinction between equality and equity

Through a series of discussions, case studies and engaging activities, you will gain valuable insights and actionable strategies to recognize and create a more inclusive workplace culture.

This is the third of four workshops of the Foundations of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion series.
