This is a free event, open to everyone, which will include a panel discussion featuring mental health professionals with a background supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and community leaders, followed by a Q & A - all focused on the specific mental health challenges 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals face and what resources exist or can be built in our community to support them.

Attendees will leave with ideas, tools, and resources for supporting their own mental health as well as the mental health of other 2SLGBTQIA+ members of the community.

This event is being organized by Porchlight Counselling and Addiction Services, a registered charity providing accessible mental health services in Cambridge and North Dumfries, in partnership with IdeaExchange. The Conversations in Community Care series has been made possible by generous support from the Region of Waterloo's Upstream Fund.
