Day Of Silence - Men's Gathering

In this offering we’ll be gathering in noble silence with a full-day mediation workshop. This will combine a mixture of seated and walking practices all intended to help you settle deeper into yourself. It will be an excellent opportunity to work with some of our foundational tools and principles and settle into the space beyond thinking. We often come together to push beyond and “do”, but often, “doing not-doing” is the greatest challenge of all. The three of us have been deeply impacted by meditation practices for many years now and we are looking forward to adding this offering to our repertoire. It is also a great entry point for many who are new to inner-work or to add some fire to your solo practice. Join us and let’s be alone, together!
