About this event
- 2 hours
Join us for a gong sound bath offering with guided breathwork and tea ceremony. This event will be facilitated by Aravind (from Theta Space) and Mishka Ma (from Co-Creator Culture) and will be hosted at the Mel Lehan Hall in Kitsilano which can hold 75 people.
The tea is OPTIONAL. *Must be 21 years or older to attend*
What to Expect:
Our journey will begin with a tea ceremony - a 100mg turmeric chai blend offered by Enchanted Tea’s founder - and set our intentions for the evening.
After this, you will be guided in a breathwork practice by Mishka Ma. With each conscious, connected breath you are invited to the Now, this present moment. As Mishka guides you on the breathwork journey, each deep inhale will nourish you, each exhalation an opportunity to surrender. The exhalation will be your time & space to let go of what is no longer serving you. To let go, supported with ease & grace. This type of concsious connected breathing is is for all levels & abilities.
We will then be immersed in the full spectrum of frequencies and tones of a gong bath by Theta Space. Sound frequencies are known to help calm the mind, decrease stress, improve sleep and expand awareness and creativity. The vibrations help balance the mind, body, and spirit, promoting a sense of peace and well-being.
You are invited to surrender to a symphony of gong vibrations and tones, along with an array of instruments, including Theta Ocean Drum, Crystal Quartzophone, Euphonic Arrays, Rainstick with Blue Microbeads, Monochord, Kailani and Koshi Chimes, each carefully selected to enhance your contemplative journey.
Relax, reflect and let go as you surrender to a symphony of sound.
