Join in for an intimate night of Ecstatic Dance - a space to feel safe to fully express your emotions and feel freedom through movement without fear of judgement. Think dancing in your room with your bestie kind of vibes.
THIS EVENT IS LENGTHIER THAN OUR TYPICAL Summerland events, based on feedback from pas participants - so that we can really move into a trace type space and come through the other side feeling transformed.
WHO: Open to all 18+ (this is a co-ed event)
WHERE: Delta & Sound, Summerland
WHAT TO EXPECT:
6:00 - 6:30: arrive and mingle, pull some oracle cards, have some tea and settle into the space.
6:30: We come together in circle to hear the energetic guidelines, invitations and encouragements
6:45 - 9:30: We dance and journey together!
9:30 - 10:00p: We gather in circle to share our experiences (sharing isn’t mandatory, but is encouraged). After we’ve all shared in circle, you can feel free to linger and connect more deeply with the other participants - there’s no need to rush out to head home.
HOW TO PREPARE: Please ensure you bring water, and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in - we will be moving and getting sweaty. If you wish to bring any comfort items for the beginning / end of the event such as a pillow or blanket, you are welcome to bring it along (though blankets, bolsters and mats are available for use at the venue).
COST: This event is $33 per person.
