Schedule Outline:
10am -4pm for 2 days. May 11th and May 12th (Wednesday & Thursday)
Day 1: Creating a foundation of understanding how emotions relate to mental health and what you can do about it.
Day 2: A focus on learning, observing, and practising opportunities so that caregivers can feel confident in applying behavioural and emotional interventions.
Meet the Presenters
Kasi Shan, is a Registered Social Worker, currently in private practice and has expertise in supporting caregivers of all ages who are experiencing trauma related challenges, maternal mental health, and parenting support.
Shelley Restall, is a Registered Social Worker, currently in private practice and has expertise in providing anxiety therapy, and eating disorder treatment to families and individuals through a trauma focused approach.

If you are wanting to register as one person attending please send payment in the amount of $100.00 prior to April 16, 2022. After the early registration deadline, as of April 17, 2022 the fee to register will be $150.00.
