Whether you’re simply curious about the principles of Feng Shui or aspiring to become a certified practitioner, our comprehensive workshop offers an enriching experience tailored to both general interest and certification seekers.

In this workshop, you will delve into the profound teachings of Feng Shui, an ancient Chinese practice that seeks harmony and balance in our living environments. Guided by an experienced instructor, Ghada Begdache, you will learn:

Week 1:

  • Explore the profound meaning of Feng Shui and its impact on our lives.
  • Understand the concept of Chi and its vital role in shaping our environment and well-being.
  • Uncover the significance of “The Belly of the Dragon” as the driving force behind the comfort, harmony, and safety within our homes and workplaces.
  • Dive into the core principles of Feng Shui, including:
  • The principle of interconnectedness: How our homes reflect and affect us.
  • The principle of Change: Empowering you to break free from stagnant patterns.
  • The Five Elements: Discover their properties and applications in creating harmonious spaces.
  • The Yin and Yang: Explore the balance of opposing forces and their influence on energy flow.
  • The Bagua: Unlock the secrets of this grid of nine houses to assess Chi flow and its implications on our well-being.

Week 2:

  • Recapitulate the Bagua’s central role in Feng Shui and its practical applications.
  • Analyze the significance of the front door as our gateway to the world.
  • Understand the strategic placement of mirrors and their effects on energy flow.
  • Investigate the impact of stairs on Chi movement and how to mitigate disruptions.
  • Explore the detrimental effects of clutter on physical and emotional well-being.
  • Focus on room-specific Feng Shui principles: What messages do our living spaces convey about us? What does our bedroom reveal about our relationships? Does our office environment reflect our career aspirations?

Week 3:

  • Learn about effective cures and remedies to align obstacles in our spaces.
  • Discover various methods to harmonize energy flow using the Five Elements.
  • Transform ordinary living spaces into havens of tranquillity and inspiration.

Week 4:

  • Engage in a practical application of your newfound knowledge.
  • Present the floor plan of your home and conduct a Feng Shui analysis of a room of your choice.

YOU WILL NEVER LOOK AT YOUR HOME WITH THE SAME EYES EVER AGAIN!

Ecole Setsuko is a holistic health education school that offers both workshops for general interest and full certification programs in the field of natural therapy, massage therapy, acupressure and energy work. Located in Montreal, Quebec for our on-site teaching clinics and in person training, while students abroad can access our remote online platforms and receive virtual support.

Our unique approach to learning includes a multidimensional awareness to health, wellness and balance. Each educational component is accompanied by an IN-body, somatic experience. In this way, combining the physical, emotional and energetic/spiritual aspects of our lives encourage harmony and balance. Without this flow, the dis-stress in our lives, can eventually show up as physical pain, emotional unrest, mental instability or a diagnosed dis-ease.

My number one goal is to create awareness for my clients, who is essentially a student of their own life. I have a strong sense of community and family life, always striving to find balance between work/personal/self-care and development. Part of this inspiration comes from my ancestors, who have guided me along this path of service and healing. My teachers are old souls who have a wealth of knowledge and experience and I serve as the bridge between the older and newer generations.
