Its cuisine is a celebration of different cultures and flavours -- its flexibility is the very essence of Jo's culinary flare. Jo is very proud of her background and is always finding ways to share her love of Filipino food. Her style of cooking stems from the very joy of it.
You will experience Jo's dishes that are inspired by her Filipino heritage and savour wine pairings with each course curated by Angie Jewell and MJ Macdonald, The Cellar Sisters, co-owners, Decanter PEC.
