About this event

For Asian Heritage Month, CBC partnered with four Saskatchewan artists and groups to create original works under the theme, "Finding our (hi)stories". The idea was to focus on their artwork and, through that, speak about their background. In addition to the multi-platform content CBC is creating, this event is an opportunity to learn more about these artists directly, in-person.

Please come join us and get to know:

  • Bhangra Crew Regina (dance)
  • Sisters Shamim Aghaaminiha and Shima Aghaaminiha (ceramics)
  • Pepito Escanlar (sculpting)
  • CBC's Florence Hwang (Creator of an upcoming feature story about a local Chinese Opera Show)
