Arrival

Please arrive to the lobby between 7:00-7:20pm. A Westin Team Member will be happy to provide you with a key card and directions to the pool.

Check-in

Once you have entered the pool space Meghan will check you in, run over a few housekeeping items and assign you to a float or yoga mat.

Seating

Sound Bath

Floating or lounging poolside, water effects dancing above you as you find yourself fully relaxed to the soothing sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong and more.

After the sound bath we welcome you to stay, visit and enjoy some delicious snacks and refreshments provided by The Westin.

Welcome to Floating Frequencies at The Westin!

As the city lights twinkle in the background, the pool transforms into a magical space, with water effect projectors casting enchanting reflections. Illuminated by LED candles, the ambiance is set for an unforgettable, relaxing evening.

Float on an air mattress or lounge poolside at The Westin's rooftop pool in Downtown Calgary, while Somatika plays a dreamlike sound bath. Experience the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, gong, and monochord frequencies, accompanied by the gentle sounds of moving water.

After the sound bath, we welcome you to stay, visit, and enjoy some delicious snacks and refreshments.

Doors will be open for you to arrive from 7:00-7:20pm. Please note due to set up and the nature of our services we cannot allow early or late arrivals.
