Learn how easy it is to make focaccia! One of the easiest, but impressive breads you can make. You'll walk away from this workshop with a super easy recipe, and a starter to make your own focaccia at home. No experience needed. We'll also make a dip to pair with our focaccia creation.

This workshop is designed to inspire fun, confidence and conversation. Questions about cooking, baking & nutrition are encouraged!

A t the end of the workshop, attendees will go home with:

  • A recipe book including all recipes made that day
  • Poolish (starter) to make your own focaccia at home (should be used within 6-24 hours)
  • A freshly baked focaccia & extra dip

This workshop takes place in a private kitchen. Harvest Table Nutrition is located on a beautiful apple orchard outside Thornbury, ON. More detailed instructions to find the location will be provided upon registration.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything with me? An apron, tools, etc?

Everything will be provided for you; an apron and all the tools and ingredients you need. Please bring 1-2 containers for the food you will be taking home.

What is the refund policy?

All tickets are final sale. If you are unable to make it, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. People showing symptoms of illness or have tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the class are asked not to attend. Please send me an email to let me know of any changes.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop starts at 5pm and will run approximately 2.5-3 hours, depending on the number of attendees and the amount of conversation that arise.

Is this workshop plant-based?

Yes, this workshop is plant-based. It is not gluten free though.

Is the workshop location accessible?

Unfortunately no. There are stairs to access the workshop space.

I have an allergy. Can the workshop accommodate this?

It depends on the allergy, but most common allergens are used in the workshop space, and therefore a 100% allergen free space cannot be guaranteed. If you want further information, please contact the organizer at info@harvesttablenutrition.ca
