Join us for the "Wellness for You" Workshop hosted by Ase Community Foundation for Black Canadians with Disabilities, offering Black youth a unique opportunity for free!

Dive into the depths of Black youth well-being through engaging discussions and hands-on activities. Join us as we talk about Black Youth Mental Health and managing stress. Learn how to make therapeutic soy wax candles and crystal healing bracelets.

Food will be catered by Island Queens in Hamilton.

Workshops will be held by black-owned youth businesses: @xubriance and @earthsista_
