Spring into a new season with a pilates mat class hosted by our friends at Club Pilates Southlands. This event is open to all levels and all are encouraged to attend. No matter whether you're a pilates expert or fresh to the practice, this class is a fun event to kick off the season.
We'll also be joined by Axiom Health Solutions (Chiropractic) to provide health selfies before and after the class.
UPDATE - This class was previously going to be held outdoors but due to the unpredicatble weather in April it was mutually decided to move this class inside the lululemon store. If this change affects your decision to attend please modify your reservation and accept our apologies.
