Join us for a beautiful afternoon of compassionate connection, while being guided to explore feelings possibly outside of your comfort zone in a supportive setting. We will look at the role women have played in the lives of everyone around her as nurturer, supporter, caregiver and encourage you to look at ways in which you need care, love, and support for yourself.

There will be intentionally guided meditations, thought-provoking activities, a nutritious and delicious lunch, and ample opportunities for journaling and reflecting. Women are well-versed in the art of giving, it comes naturally to most. But how often do we over-give to our detriment or to people who do not appreciate or value it? As uncomfortable as receiving may be, it is a necessary element of healthy human connection and partnership. We will guide you through the discomfort of identifying and asking for your needs to be met. How often are we ignoring our own needs and distracting ourselves by overgiving or caring for those around us?

This 16+ women’s group is being held at the impressive and impeccable The Sanctuary Centre of Arts located on Ridge Rd. in Ridgeway, ON. Tickets go on sale March 22nd at an early bird pricing of $149 until April 12, regular ticket price is $179 available until we sell out.
