About this event

  • 2 hours

Join us for an evening of immersive sound healing featuring the newest member of the family - a 38-inch Pure Titanium Sundance Gong!

We'll start our gathering with a sacred Cacao Ceremony, connecting with the warm, pure essence of ceremonial-grade cacao to gently guide you into a state of profound presence. Ceremonial cacao refers to the highest quality, most pure, unheated, unprocessed part of the cacao bean. The Cacao for the ceremony is generously offered by Aurelio and Marco, two friends from Lima, whose mission is to share Peru’s cacao and superfood diversity with the world. They work hand-in-hand with local Peruvian farmers and co-operatives to grow and process premium cacao and officially founded Cacao Life with their head office in Lima, Peru. And since 2019, they operate a satellite office and small warehouse in Vancouver.

The Cacao ceremony is followed by a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation as we relax deeply and ground ourselves in our bodies. We will then be immersed in the full spectrum of frequencies and vibrations of a gong bath by Theta Space. Sound frequencies are known to help calm the mind, decrease stress, improve sleep and expand awareness and creativity. The vibrations help balance the mind, body, and spirit, promoting a sense of peace and well-being. Immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of the gongs as they guide you into a state of profound tranquility and inner exploration.

Our intention for this guided sound meditation journey is to ensure that you feel safe and relaxed throughout the entire experience, so you can connect deeper with your higher self with the help of experienced facilitators.
