Welcome to the Gathering for Men's Mental Health - The Sport of Mental Health!

Join us on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 8:00 AM at the beautiful Rock Gardens of Royal Botanical Gardens for a day dedicated to promoting men's mental health through the power of sports.

At this event, you can expect engaging presentations aimed at raising awareness and destigmatizing mental health issues among men. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or simply looking to learn more about mental health, this gathering is for you.

Regardless of your age or stage in life, when it comes to Mental Health, let's take the wrapper off " What your Mother didn't tell you and your Father didn't know".

Mental Health is the most important topic of our time.

  • How do we deal with stressors that cannot be eliminated?
  • How do High Performance Athletes maintain peak Mental Health performance?
  • Are we getting closer to conquering the generational divide in being open about Mental Health?

Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of a community that values mental health and wellness. See you there!

Proceeds from this event will be directed to The Paul Hansell Foundation, a not for profit, where our mission is to promote and support programs aimed at the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and youth.
